Bruce Conners’ influence has been felt at the campus, state and national levels.

As an instructor and administrator at Kaskaskia College, he developed an ethical decision-making process and a “Core Values 101" program that has led the college to become one of the fastest-growing institutions in the nation.

As president of the Illinois Community College Faculty Association, he greatly expanded faculty participation in statewide governance issues, including ICCB’s new Leadership and Core Values initiative.

Conners also served as the first director of ICCB’s Center for Applied Ethics, where he coordinated an ethical fitness training program that reached more than 3,000 faculty and staff statewide.
