The next ICCTA meeting is scheduled for November 13 - 14, 2026 at the Chicago Marriott Naperville, Naperville, IL.  The ICCTA schedule includes the trustee roundtable, committee and Board of Representatives meetings as well as lunch and seminar.  Friday afternoon's seminar is a Legal, Legislative, and Ethics Update.  The proposed meeting schedule is linked here. 

The Illinois Council of Community College Presidents (ICCCP) will be holding their meetings on Friday, November 13 at the Chicago Marriott Naperville as well.

MEETING REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

• The registration fee for Friday's lunch and seminar is $165.00.  There is no charge to attend the ICCTA Board of Representatives and committee meetings.
• You will be required to log-in to the MemberClicks system.  If you have not already created a username and password, CLICK HERE to add yourself to the system.  Once you have your username and password, you will be able to register attendees.  While you’re logged in, feel free to update your profile.  
• You may register more than one attendee by clicking “Register Guest” after each registration.  The system now allows multiple submissions from the same email address but does not allow the ability to change or cancel a registration.  Please contact me if you need to change or cancel registrations after the registration form has been submitted.
• The deadline to register for or receive a full refund for cancellation of registration is November 6, 2026.    

MEETING MATERIALS:

Agendas and meeting information will come from the following sources:

·         ICCTA seminar and meeting information will come from me/ICCTA. 

·         Presidents Council (ICCCP) materials will be sent from President George Evans, Kaskaskia College.

DEADLINES:

• Hotel Reservation Cut-off – Thursday, October 22, 2026

• Meeting Registration – Friday, November 6, 2026

• Registration Cancellation for full refund – Friday, November 6, 2026  

      No refunds processed for cancellations received after the cancellation date.
