May 2026 ICCTA Committee & Board of Representatives Meeting Notice

ICCTA will be holding its Annual Lobby Day and committee meetings on May 6 & 7 in Springfield.
 
The May 6th Lobby Day schedule begins at 11:00 AM with Legislative Briefing and lunch held in the Pasfield House, 525 S. Pasfield Street.  The Illinois Community College Caucus will hold a reception from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Illinois State Museum, 502 S. Spring Street.
 
The May 7th ICCTA schedule includes ICCTA Nominating (closed), Finance and Executive committee meetings as well as the Board of Representatives meeting at the also at the Pasfield House.  See linked schedule above for meeting start times. Please remember meetings, times, and locations are subject to change.
There is no charge to attend any of these events but your registration helps us make certain we have enough food and beverage for all who attend.
 
**Please work with your college assistant to register for the events and secure a hotel room if needed.**

**All meetings on May 6 and 7 are open to all unless otherwise noted.  Feel free to share this information with anyone you think would be interested in attending.**
TIPS FOR THE USING THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM:   
  • You will be required to log-in to the MemberClicks system.  If you have not already created a password, you’ll first need to set up your Password (CLICK HERE to update your Password).  Once updated, you can use your Username (currently your email address) and new Password to register attendees.  While you’re logged in, feel free to update your profile.   
  • You may register more than one attendee by clicking “Register Guest” after each registration but once you have clicked on Submit, you will not be allowed to register additional attendees from the same email address.  Contact me if you need to add attendees or change registrations after the form has been submitted.
