The next ICCTA meeting is scheduled for September 18 - 19, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, IL.  The ICCTA schedule includes the trustee roundtable, committee and Board of Representatives meetings as well as lunch and seminar.  The tentative meeting schedule is linked here.   

The meeting schedule also includes the Illinois Council of Community College Presidents' (ICCCP) regular meeting on September 18, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza.  

• The registration fee to attend lunch and seminar is $165.00.  There is no charge to attend the ICCTA Board of Representatives and committee meetings.
• You will be required to log-in to the MemberClicks system.  If you have not already created a username and password, CLICK HERE to add yourself to the system.  Once you have your username and password, you will be able to register attendees.  While you’re logged in, feel free to update your profile.  
• You may register more than one attendee by clicking “Register Guest” after each registration.  The system also allows multiple submissions from the same email address now but does not allow the ability to change or cancel a registration.  Please contact me if you need to change or delete registrations after the registration form has been submitted.
• The deadline to register for or receive a full refund for cancellation of registration is September 11, 2026.    

ICCTA has a room block at the Crowne Plaza for the nights of September 17 - 18, 2026.  The rate is $129.00/per night plus tax.  The hotel’s reservation cut-off date is Thursday, September 3 at 11:59 pm.  After you have completed the online registration form for your attendee(s), you will be able to reserve hotel rooms by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation page that appears on screen immediately after you hit the Submit button.  This link also appears in the confirmation email that will be sent to the email used to register your first attendee.  Please your email address when registering your first attendee to receive the confirmation email that includes the hotel reservation link.
