ICCTA leadership meets with Lt. Gov. Sheila Simon  ICCTA leaders (including president Jim Ayers) welcomed Lt. Gov. Sheila Simon to the association's Aug. 12-13 summer retreat in Chicago. Simon told trustees to "count me on your side" and noted that she has visited 26 of the state's 48 community colleges as part of her Complete College tour. Have you seen this billboard?  New billboards promoting Illinois community colleges will appear around the state this spring, thanks to a partnership between ICCTA, the Illinois Presidents Council, the ICCB Student Advisory Committee, and the Outdoor Advertising Association of Illinois. Let us know when you see one in your area!
