ICCTA Fly-In Schedule
Feb. 6 - 8, 2001

The following is the tentative schedule for ICCTA's Feb. 6 - 8, 2001 Federal Legislative Fly-In to Washington, D.C. Please keep in mind that final room assignments are subject to change by the J.W. Marriott Hotel.

ICCTA has arranged a group luncheon with U.S. Sens. Durbin and Fitzgerald for 12 noon on Wednesday, February 7. Cost is $35 per person. Appointments with individual members of Congress should be arranged separately by each college district.

EARLY-BIRD SESSIONS

The Association of Community College Trustees'/American Association of Community Colleges' National Legislative Seminar will run from Feb. 3 - 7. If you will be arriving early in Washington to participate in this seminar, please make note of these two recently added ICCTA events:

  • Morning: CONGRESSIONAL VISITS
  • 12 noon: LUNCHEON with U.S. Sens. Richard J. Durbin and Peter Fitzgerald

    $35 per person
  • 2 PM: Resume CONGRESSIONAL VISITS
  • Afternoon: RETURN to Illinois

    THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2001

  • 7 AM: ILLINOIS CITIZENS BREAKFAST
    A weekly event sponsored by Illinois’ congressional delegation
    The room for this breakfast is not confirmed until the day before the event. ICCTA will report on the location at Wednesday's luncheon.
