"Please remember that community colleges feel it is important to:

(1) Address the need to fund operations of One-Stop Centers to assure participation by all appropriate providers;

(2) Streamline reporting requirements for training providers like community colleges;

(3) Find additional funds to help offset more of the costs of community college training programs, particularly in critical and emerging needs areas;

(4) Assure an appropriate level of state and local funding support if the adult, dislocated worker, and Wagner-Peyser funding streams are combined into a single stream."
